SCHOOL FEES

fee schedule
A schedule of our School Fees is available via the link above. School Fees are made up of two components: the School Fee and the Capital Works Levy.
The Capital Works Levy is a family charge and is billed to the eldest child.

A Sibling Discount applies to the School Fee only: First Child Nil; Second Child 15%; Third Child 30%; Fourth & subsequent child/children 45%.

If your family commences or leaves St John’s Primary School part way through a school year, the School Fee is pro-rated based on the number of weeks enrolled. The Capital Works Levy is non-refundable.

A School Fee Agreement Form (available via the Enrolments Process page) must be completed prior to enrolment, and an Exit Form if you are intending to cease enrolment for any reason.

There are four (4) school terms, however, you are only invoiced over the first three (3) terms. This invoicing will take into account the total number of weeks your child is enrolled over the whole school year. You will receive an Invoice/Statement in the fourth week of Term 1, the second week of Terms 2 & 3 and a Statement in the second week of Term 4.

You may elect to pay your fees by several options. The School’s preferred method is Direct Debit from your nominated bank account, but other options include BPay, Credit Card, Cash or Cheque.

Parents are welcome to contact the School Fees Office at any time to discuss any aspect of their school fees.   Phone:  02 6884 8504
